Purrconomy terms of use and neighborhood rules

By playing Purrconomy you agree to these terms. If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement for apps also applies; these terms add the game's own rules.

The game

DVSoftware (DEJAN VELIMIROVIĆ PR AGENCIJA ZA RAČUNARSKO PROGRAMIRANJE DVSOFTWARE BEOGRAD (PALILULA), "we") lets you play Purrconomy for your own, non-commercial use. Purrs, cats, upgrades, boxes and everything else in the game have no money value and can't be exchanged for money.

Purchases

• Remove Ads removes the banner and the full-screen ads.
• The Extras pack adds cosmetic items: four boxes for the cat, a room theme for each home and two music styles. It gives no bonus in the game.
• The Supporter bundle is both together.

Ads you choose to watch for a bonus stay available with any of them. A purchase belongs to the store account that made it; when you sign in to the game with Google or Apple it also follows that account to your other devices. Restore purchases is in Settings, Ads and purchases. Payments and refunds go through Google Play or the App Store under their rules. Items added to the Extras pack later are yours too if you own the pack.

The neighborhood rules

Your cat's name is seen by other players. It must:

1. Be a name for a cat, not a person's real name.
2. Contain nothing hateful, sexual, violent, rude or threatening.
3. Contain no personal information: no phone numbers, addresses, emails or handles.
4. Contain no ads, links or contact details.
5. Not pretend to be us, a moderator or someone else.

Names are checked automatically before they are shown. A name that three players report is hidden at once while we look at it. Names that break these rules are reset; breaking them again keeps your cat off the board, and the game tells you why. Report a name with ⋯ on the board or on the visiting cat's name tag, and choose a reason. You can hide any other player's cat. Questions: info@dvsoftware.rs.

Playing fair

Don't modify the app, automate it or attack its servers. We may remove a cat from the board or end access to the online features for anyone who does.

Your game

We work to keep the game and your saves safe: your progress is saved on your phone and in the cloud, with daily copies you can go back to. Even so, the game is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of faults. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes

We may change these terms when the game changes. If a change matters to you, the game tells you the next time you open it, and the date at the top changes.

Law

Serbian law applies, without taking away the protection of the consumer law of the country where you live.
