Delete your Purrconomy data

In the game

1. Open the menu (the ☰ Menu button at the top of the screen) and choose Settings.
2. In Account, tap Delete my data…, then Continue and Delete everything.
3. On iPhone, if you signed in with Apple, confirm with Apple once more. You need to be online.

The game starts over as a new game when it is done. If the deletion can't finish right away, the game says so and finishes it the next time you open it; our servers finish any deletion that has started within a day.

What is deleted

• your cloud save and its daily copies, and the progress on your phone
• your cat on the neighborhood board, her visits and greetings
• the reports you sent and the reports about your cat's name
• your account and its link to Google or Apple (on iPhone, Sign in with Apple is withdrawn too; on Android, open appleid.apple.com, Sign in with Apple, to remove Purrconomy from your Apple Account)
• your purchase records at RevenueCat, the company that checks purchases for us
• the usage statistics kept for your installation, if you ever turned them on (we ask Google Analytics to delete them)

What is kept, and for how long

• copies in our database backups: up to 7 days
• crash reports: up to 90 days, then they expire
• server logs: up to 30 days
• a record that your data was deleted: 30 days
• your purchases: they belong to your Google Play or App Store account and stay there. Restore purchases (Settings, Ads and purchases) brings them back in a new game.

No longer have the game?

Write to info@dvsoftware.rs with the subject "Delete my Purrconomy data" and either:

• your support code (8 letters and digits, in Settings, Account, under the sign-in buttons), or
• if you signed in with Google or Apple, write from that account's email address.

We delete your data within 30 days and reply when it is done. A game that never signed in and whose support code is lost can't be found by us; it is deleted on its own after 13 months without play (36 months for a game signed in with Google or Apple).

Turning off Show my cat on the board (Settings, Privacy) takes your cat off the board without deleting anything else. Reset progress (Settings, Progress) starts the game over but keeps your account.
