Questions

Where is my game saved?

On your phone and in the cloud. The cloud copy is made every few minutes while you play online, when you leave the game and at every new life. Settings, Progress says when the last one was. Settings, Progress, Restore a backup brings back one of the last three days' copies.

How do I move my cat to a new phone?

Sign in on the old phone (Settings, Account, Continue with Google or Continue with Apple), then sign in with the same account on the new phone. Both buttons are offered on Android and on iPhone, so your cat can move between them too. If both phones have a game, the game asks which one to keep.

I bought something. Where is it on my other device?

A purchase follows the account you signed in with in the game. Sign in with the same Google or Apple account there, or tap Restore purchases (Settings, Ads and purchases) on a device that uses the same store account.

What does Remove Ads remove?

The banner at the top and the full-screen ad between the cat's lives. The ads you choose to watch for a bonus (×2 purrs for 30 minutes, or doubling the purrs from your time away) stay, and stay optional.

What is in the Extras pack?

Four boxes for her to sit in (a crown, a scallop shell, a donut and a cloud), a new look for each home (the Green Room in the Studio, the Red Cottage at the Harbor) and two more music styles (city pop and chiptune). It is cosmetic only: it gives no bonus. Try any of it for a minute in Menu, Look before you buy. The Supporter bundle is Remove Ads and the Extras pack together.

A purchase says "pending".

The store is still waiting for the payment (some payment methods, or a parent's approval, take a while). The game gives you the purchase as soon as the store confirms it; you don't need to buy again.

I saw an ad that shouldn't be there.

Settings, Ads and purchases, Report an ad. Choose the ad and the reason; we look at every report and block ads that break the rules.

How do I change my ad and privacy choices?

Settings, Privacy: Share usage and crash reports; Privacy choices (Google's consent form, where it applies); on iPhone, Tracking. The privacy policy explains each: dvsoftware.rs/purrconomy/privacy

Someone's cat has a rude name.

Tap ⋯ next to the name on the board, or on the visiting cat's name tag, then Report name and a reason. Hide this cat hides her name and stops her visits for you. The neighborhood rules: dvsoftware.rs/purrconomy/terms

How do I take my cat off the board?

Settings, Privacy, Show my cat on the board.

How do I delete my data?
